NEWS RELEASE GEMA Distributes Hazard Mitigation Assistance Funds to DeKalb County
ATLANTA -- The Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) recently reimbursed DeKalb County $1,616,558.93 for the costs associated with construction of the Drew Valley Drainage Facility which is impacted by the Poplar Creek. The total approved cost for the grant is $2,352,474.00 with a federal share of $1,764,355.50.
